Priit Haamer – Co-founder and Chief Developer.Aug 01, 2008
I’d like to take a few minutes to introduce Priit Haamer to those of
you who don’t yet know him. Priit is one of Fraktal’s co-founders and
chief developer of Edicy.
Along with developing Priit is also in charge of making sure that our backend systems are running properly and keeping an eye on all other technical aspects of Edicy.Priit is a country boy (his words, not mine), originally from the Viljandi area of Estonia. He studied informatics at Tartu University, after school he worked for a number of years at the Ministry of Finance of Estonia making e-commerce systems for the state. Before Fraktal he worked at Krabi along with Tonu where he designed CMS systems, in total he’s got more than 10 years experience developing web tools.
When Priit isn’t coding he takes off into the forests and bogs of Estonia and takes his camera along with him. His patience is legendary and is known to wait for hours on end to get the right picture of an animal or bird in the wild. He also considers himself a half decent squash player when he has time to get on the court.

I was wondering if you could write a blog post with all your future updates and what all is "to come"! This looks really good and I enjoy using it.. and also will it always be free?

That's a good suggestion, we'll consider a blog post like that. We plan to always have a free version but we are going to release a paid version as well with additional features and functions.
